Digg

A recent topic that we discussed in class last week was the website digg.com. Digg is a multi user based internet site whose content is filled by its users. I recently made an account on Digg and find the website very interesting. The concept of the sight is where I find my most interest. The idea of all new news that is on the website be posted by its users it something that not many other media sites are like. There are your typical news sights that comment simply on what is going on in the world today such as MSNBC.com, but Digg is essentially different then the likes of MSNBC.com. The way the website is set up is very interesting as well, there is a list of all the articles posted when first looked at, but there is an array of categories to choose from to make your search that much easier. I even went through and added a story to see how just how easy it is to post on the sight. The URL is http://digg.com/other_sports/Delaware_Men_s_Lacrosse_Win_CAA_Title. Overall I found www.digg.com/news a great way to share and learn over the internet.
