Wikipedia Summary

Overall I really felt that this past semester was one that was very interesting and will serve me well over the years, especially in regards to my experiences with Wikipedia. The ability to share information as easily as you can on Wikipedia is something that I will always be happy to say that I have been a part of.

The four articles that I edited for the most part were very well received by other editors and almost all of my edits stayed up on the posts. Of all the ones that I edited I think that my Blue Crab edits were the ones that I gave the best input for. I hope to continue to use the skills that I learned and continue to post on Wikipedia in th future.

Last Bob Shillinglaw Edit

For my final Bob Shilinglaw edit I came back to the topic that I had originally started and saw that for the first time other people had made edits helping with the internal Wiki links that I had previously overlooked, which I thought was pretty interesting that other editors for the topic soemthing worth editing. For my final post I added a bit more information about Shillinglaw's current status.

I added: Shillinglaw a long time coach just made history after leading [[University of Delaware Mens Lacrosse]] team to it's first ever Final Four appearance. The team will face Johns Hopkins at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, MD, with projected attendance well in the 60,000+.

Last University of Delaware Mens Lacrosse Edit

For my final edit on the University of Delaware Mens Lacrosse Wikipedia edit I did something that I had not done yet to any other edits that I had made. I deleted some information that was a bit unnecessary as well as false.

I removed: "Key Players include Anthony Ruiz, Kevin Fillapone and George Andrew Turner."

Last wakeboarding Wikipedia edit

For my final wakeboarding edit on Wikipedia I wanted to add a bit more useful information about the maneuvering of the rider behind the boat. I feel that my edit is one that other editors on the subject of wakeboarding will be able to expand off of, offering more information of hitting and approaching the wake.

I added: " A typical beginner to intermediate rider will tend to have an easier time hitting the wake heelside because it tends to come more naturally to the rider. While more advance riders can hit the wake both heelside as well as toeside."

Bob Shillinglaw Wikipedia Edit #2

Similarly to the edit that I made on the "wakeboarding" post I made some small, yet useful adjustments to the "Bob Shillinglaw" post. I linked the posts of "Annapolis, MD" as well as "University of Delaware Mens Lacrosse" so that a reader would be able to get some more information on Shillinglaw.

I added: [[University of Delaware Mens Lacrosse]] and [[Annapolis, Maryland]]

Wakeboarding Wikipedia edit #2

For my second Wikipedia edit I decided to just add a simple edit to the post. I made a change to a part under the trick section of the post, the post had the words "snowboarding" and "surfing,"
but they were not linked to their respective pages on Wikipedia.

So, I added: [[snowboarding]] and [[surfing]]

Universiyt of Delaware Mens Lacrosse Post #2

For my second post on the topic "University of Delaware Mens Lacrosse" I gave a quick overview of the weekend to come for the Fighting Blue Hens.

I added: After defeating UVA in the first round of the NCAA tournament the Blue Hens look to make a run at the schools first ever Final Four appearance. The only thing in the teams way is [[UMBC]], University of Maryland Baltimore County, another underdog team that has high hopes of also advancing to the Final Four. The game will be hosted at a neutral sight in Annapolis, MD at the [[Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium]].

Along with the information I also made the page link to some additional material, like where the game was to be played and the opponent.
