Blue Crab Wikipedia Article

For my second Wikipedia edit on blue crabs I deiced to talk a bit about how to prepare "soft shell" crabs. The article had nothing in regards to the preparation of the topic so I figured it was something that a reader would have interest in.

I added: "Soft shell crabs are typically prepared by first cutting out the lungs, face, and guts. The soft crab is then battered in flour, egg, and seasoning then fried in oil until crispy."
